Trademarks Update: Lots from Buzz Bee!

After finding out about Lanard's Total Crush product line, I thought I'd dig further into other toy maker's trademark applications. Turns out Buzz Bee has a lot of things planned. Not just blaster names, but possibly new product lines!

These two were filed at the end or February.

First we have this funky design, classified as being a logo for "Toys, namely, soft projectile shooters and accessories therefor". Looks to me like Buzz Bee could be getting in on the girls' blasters bandwagon.

I feel pretty! Oh so pretty!

Another new potential line is Smokerz. I was surprised by the description, "Toys, namely, soft projectile shooters and projectiles that emit smoke for use with the foregoing." Can't help but wonder what Buzz Bee has planned here. Perhaps we can have prop muskets that fire darts?

Or fireworks? Haha, I doubt that.

More trademarks after the page break!
We have several potential blaster names, with the classic Buzz Bee logo convention (block letters on a partially or completely shaded trapezoidal background).
You know, logos like this!

Here's a list of the newest ones!
  1. Gladiator - Toy water shooter - Filed March 8, 2012 (has yet to be used, although the "Falcon" name waited two years before being used recently by Buzz Bee)
  2. Gunsmoke - Foam projectile shooter - Filed August 13, 2013
  3. Blastzooka - Soft projectile shooter - Filed February 26, 2014
  4. Predator - Soft projectile shooter - Filed February 26, 2014
  5. Sonic 6 - Soft projectile shooter - Filed February 26, 2014
I checked through all existing products to make sure I didn't miss anything - for example, BBT makes the "Ball Blastzooka", but does not have a "Blastzooka" currently on the market.

So, any ideas about the new names, readers?
